Statement of Faith
Cornerstone Classical Collaborative brings together families from diverse denominations and Christian traditions. What binds us together is our shared confession of Jesus Christ as Lord and our commitment to the essential doctrines of the historic Christian faith. The following Statement of Faith reflects the biblical foundations upon which our community is built.
Cornerstone Classical Collaborative stands on the conviction that the Bible is God’s true and trustworthy Word. It guides our beliefs, shapes our character, and directs our conduct as families learning together under Christ.
We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who created all things
and rules all things with wisdom and love.
We follow Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God,
who took on flesh, lived without sin, died in our place,
rose again, and now reigns as our Savior and King.
He alone reconciles us to God.
We affirm that every person is created in
God’s image, male or female, and therefore
possesses deep dignity and purpose.
Human life is sacred from conception to
natural death, and our bodies are to be
honored as God’s good design.
We uphold marriage as the covenant union of
one man and one woman, established by God
and pointing to the love between Christ and His Church.
We believe that all people need salvation and that new life comes only through faith in Jesus Christ. We are saved by grace alone, not by our efforts,
but through trusting in Him.
We depend on the Holy Spirit to transform hearts, cultivate virtue, strengthen families, and renew the Church in truth and love.
We belong to Christ’s global Church and join in its mission: worshiping God, teaching truth, serving others, and bearing witness to the gospel with compassion and courage.
We look with hope to the return of Jesus Christ, when He will restore all things, judge evil, and bring His people into everlasting joy in the new creation.
