Cornerstone Curriculum
Cornerstone’s curriculum is built around rich stories, meaningful memory pegs, and hands‑on exploration that help students see the unity of God’s world. By weaving together Story of the World as our narrative spine, Invictus memory work as our foundation of truth, and a growing Latin and science pathway, we give students both the wonder and the structure that classical Christian education has always valued. Each strand reinforces the others, forming hearts and minds toward wisdom, virtue, and a deep love of learning under Christ’s lordship
HISTORY - OUR SPINE
Story of the World serves as our narrative spine, guiding students through history with rich storytelling and global perspective. Hands‑on activities, geography, and narration bring each chapter to life in a joyful, multi‑age classroom.
MEMORY WORK
Invictus memory work complements our history spine by giving students timeless pegs—timeline, science, Latin, catechism, and geography—that anchor what they learn each week. Through active stations and gentle repetition, students build mastery without pressure or drill.
BIBLE
Rafiki Bible Study guides our students through Scripture with clarity, depth, and a classical approach to observation, interpretation, and application. Each week, students encounter God’s Word in a way that forms their hearts and minds, complementing our history and memory work with a strong biblical foundation.
LATIN - A PURPOSEFUL PATH
Our Latin pathway grows with students, beginning with joyful vocabulary and songs and progressing toward meaningful grammar and translation. Each level strengthens language foundations that support reading, writing, and the broader classical curriculum.
SCIENCE
Science at Cornerstone is built on real experiments, clear concepts, and a faith-based, narrative spine that helps students understand why the world works the way it does. Using hands‑on investigations and weekly note-booking, students explore chemistry, physics, biology, and astronomy in a way that reinforces Invictus memory work and grows with them each cycle.
